Where is my order?
We keep you informed at every step. From order confirmation through dispatch to delivery, you receive an email at each stage. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you also get your tracking number and can check the status anytime via Track your order. If your parcel has not arrived after 12 working days, get in touch with us and we will look into it straight away.
How long does delivery take?
We process your order on the next working day. Delivery then usually takes up to 7 working days. In exceptional cases it can take up to 12 working days. More details in our Shipping Policy.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your parcel has not yet been dispatched, you can request changes or a cancellation by email. Please include your order number, that is the fastest way for us to help.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return your order, no questions asked. Just send us a short email at contact@serelune.co.uk and we will send you all the information you need for the return. Full details also in our Refund Policy.
My product arrived damaged, what now?
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the product and the packaging and send it to us along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
