Shipping & Delivery Policy (UK)

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free (unless otherwise stated)

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days due to external factors.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to become active.

4. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • missing information

Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts & Collection

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may:

  • be reattempted for delivery
  • be held at a local courier facility
  • be made available for collection

If tracking indicates:

  • “Available for collection”
  • “Delivery attempt failed”
  • “Held at courier facility”

 It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the required timeframe.

6. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is not delivered due to:

  • incorrect address
  • refusal of delivery
  • failure to collect

and is returned to us, we reserve the right to:

  • deduct return and handling costs
  • offer reshipment at the customer’s expense

Refunds are processed only after the item has been returned.

7. Proof of Delivery 

A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully fulfilled.

This serves as valid proof of delivery in any dispute, including payment disputes and chargebacks.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • courier delays
  • high demand periods
  • logistics disruptions
  • adverse weather conditions

We are not liable for delays caused by these factors.

9. Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages

Once a shipment is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for:

  • lost
  • stolen
  • misplaced packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, contact us and we will assist with a courier investigation.

10. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on availability and logistics.

11. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments (if applicable), additional charges such as:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes

may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
You may return the item according to our Returns Policy.
